We manage over 400 commercial properties up and down the west coast, dealt with several paving contractors over my 30 year career in property management and ownership. This company has completely blown my mind by how quick, efficient and effortless to work with! Max the owner is an outstanding person and an absolute pleasure to work with! My only complaint is that we can't give them more large commercial lots to completely re do because they've already done them all! Thank you Max, you’re awesome!

Comes in and makes short work of every commercial property you give me priced competitively and knocks it out ahead of schedule with ease, owns all of his own equipment and trucks rents nothing (I thought that was pretty impressive) don't hesitate to call the paving company for your asphalt needs

Max and his crew did a great job at our property resurfacing a long driveway and a back parking lot that was in desperate need of repair, as well as re-striping the spaces and stenciling the corresponding apt letters..  From start to finish Max was responsive, communicative and honest about expenditures in order to give us a final product he could be proud of and we would love.  He worked with me on price until we were both satisfied.  Max walked me through the process which was efficient and painless for my tenants. He met me at the property upon completion and we walked the site and he explained what exactly was done.  It looked great and I am hopeful it will last for many years to come. Our HOA asked Max to provide estimates for several road repair options, so that we could decide what to do in the near-term, as well as plan for the future. Max came out and assessed our roads and measured everything and produced quotes for several options within the same day. Many thanks to Max for his excellent customer service!

We selected Max and his "Paving Company" after a careful analysis of several bids from competing companies for general repair and replacement of a complicated asphalt driveway. Max returned my call and inspected the site on the same day, made suggestions, provided a detailed estimate which I deemed reasonable, and met with me again to to inspect, answered all my questions and offered very flexible scheduling. Max and his team of 7-8 workers arrived early on start day and completed the job before 3 p.m. They had three large truck loads towing sophistacted, obviously expensive, massive and complex equipment all of kinds which had to hundreds of thousands if of dollars and appeared clean and well-maintained. The team went right to work, knew what they were doing, answered questions we as curious and pestering customers asked, were respectful and accomodated our requests for some minor alterations of the work in progress. When done, they swept-up and cleaned the site to the 9s. We highly recommend Max and The Paving Company for anyone contemplating a complex asphalt project. Donna and Tom Amen P.S. The only qualification is that this project was completed only three days ago and needs to stand the test of time which, of course, is yet to be known.

I made a career of inspecting asphalt and this crew "hit it out of the park"! A perfect score in craftsmanship and each one of the 9 person crew was professional in their interaction and pride in their work. My only complaint: they finished before I could buy them lunch. Excellent job!
