Our Asphalt Paving Process

The asphalt paving process starts with careful planning and site preparation. The existing surface is evaluated, and where necessary, removed to create a stable foundation. Proper grading and base compaction are completed to ensure good drainage and long-term durability.

Once the base is ready, hot mix asphalt is applied at the correct temperature and compacted to create a smooth, durable surface. Our crew focuses on even coverage, strong edges, and consistent thickness for a high-quality finish suitable for both residential and commercial use.

After paving, the asphalt is allowed to cure before opening to traffic. Additional services such as striping or sealcoating may be applied to further protect and enhance the surface.

Max and his crew did a great job at our property resurfacing a long driveway and a back parking lot that was in desperate need of repair, as well as re-striping the spaces and stenciling the corresponding apt letters..  From start to finish Max was responsive, communicative and honest about expenditures in order to give us a final product he could be proud of and we would love.  He worked with me on price until we were both satisfied.  Max walked me through the process which was efficient and painless for my tenants. He met me at the property upon completion and we walked the site and he explained what exactly was done.  It looked great and I am hopeful it will last for many years to come.
